- Any ESC/POS thermal printer. Network, USB, serial or Bluetooth — 58 mm or 80 mm. There's a test print in Settings, and the printer setup guide walks every field.

Install
Run the installer — .exe on Windows, drag the .dmg to Applications on Mac. Takes under a minute.
Sign in
Use the account you created at signup. The register links itself to your store and dashboard.
Import the menu
Drop your menu PDF or photo, check the grid, save — or start with a sample menu and try it right away.
Test print
Settings auto-discovers your printer. Print a test page, then ring up your first bill.
